The ribs and chicken were delicious. The fat chips were lovely and crispy. My only fault is that the front counter needed a good clean. At any time this would have been quite concerning, but in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic, I found it even more worrying. I am hoping this wasn't a reflection of the hygeniene standards in the kitchen.

The grill was very good, one of the best I have tried, the young lady was very nice, polite and helpful. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars was that the front counter was very dusty and messy, this question me if the place including the kitchen was cleaned. I suggest that the manager should look into the cleanliness of the store. If the store was presented cleaner, It would be a 5 stars from me and will definitely recommend friends and family to order from this store.

Rang up and told them I had a Groupon Voucher wanting to order then so I wouldn't have to wait. Was told I couldn't order over the phone, saying something like they have done that and no one turned up, couldn't see what the problem was if I gave them my Security Code they could redeem it anyway. Drove down to the shop and there was a 20 min wait and there was only us and one other person in the shop. The food was tasteless apart from the chips that came with the ribs
