Slap dash. They upsold products that they didn’t seem to deliver. My windows were streaky, the interior was only given a very cursory vacuum, and I was picking dirt off the car on collection.

I purchased a clay bar treatment along with inside and outside carwash for $50 on Groupon. Overall I would call it an okay job. I had 2 issues:
1. I purchased an additional cleaning option for $15 to clean dashboard and steering wheel, however I don't think it was wiped with a wet cloth properly as it still felt sticky when I was driving.
2. My car looked fine from the outside, however near the door stills and trunk opening, the dirty water wasn't wiped properly as a result, there are brown spots there. I had to go home and clean it up myself when I realised it.
Overall I'd say they lack attention to detail.
