About This Deal
The Deal
$52 for a one-year national VACC roadside assistance cover
Standard Cover
- Flat battery - jump starting the vehicle
- Flat tyre - replacing the tyre with a spare and making sure the driver is mobile
- Out of fuel - Roadside Assist will arrange for either delivery of an emergency supply of fuel where able to, and where government regulations permit, or transport the vehicle to the nearest refueling station; driver is responsible for the cost of fuel supplied
- Locked out of the car - accessing the car and organising so the driver can get a key *additional costs may apply; refer T&Cs.
- Breakdown towing - if the vehicle is unable to be quickly mechanically repaired or safely driven, the vehicle and the driver may be transported to a nominated repairer.
- Standard tow cover up to 25 kilometres to the nearest nominated repairer in metropolitan areas and up to 100 kilometres in all other areas: refer T&Cs.
Fine Print
• Limit 5 vouchers per person in any 1 transaction
• Purchase up to 20 additional as gifts or for multiple vehicle fleets in a business name but each card must have a car allocated
• Breakdown assistance is provided by Digicall Assist Pty Ltd and by its Roadside Service Providers and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, right across Australia
• Cover does not commence for 3 business days from application date and payment has been received by The Tyre Factory.
• Roadside Assist does not cover vehicles that are:
a) Modified for racing, trials, or rallying or involved in any accident
b) Not being registered on the Roadside Assist system where customer data is stored
c) Is unattended
d) Bogged, except where access is available and is trafficable by a two-wheel drive recovery vehicle and no other specialist equipment is necessary. *refer T&Cs
h) (I ) are rented or hired; (ii) are taxis or limousines (iii) are over 3.0 tonnes.

• 1-year policy starts from 72 business hours after date card is activated. Please call 03 9880 2345 to redeem your voucher from The Tyre Factory online
• You must provide personal and vehicle details (registration number, make, model, year, colour)
• Provide all requested details at time of card activation. Groupon purchase confirmation is not your policy confirmation
