Groupies take a 12-course tour through Tokonoma’s vision of Japanese fusion, starting with a serve of edamame. Dishes include hiramasa no usuzukuri (sliced kingfish, yuzu, ponzu and micro coriander), kabocha no tempura (tempura pumpkin with mustard-miso sauce) and amiyaki ro-su niku (scotch fillet steak with amiyaki sauce. Lastly, a chef’s selection of desserts allows sweet-toothed diners can finish on a (sugar) high, indulging in a dessert plate. Diners also enjoy a glass of red or white wine each.

Amazing ! Food and service was spectacular

my gf treated me to Toko for my birthday. we went for the sora tasting menu and had a bottle of the Dassai 50 sake. the tasting menu was delicious, hard to pick a standout, the oysters were delicious and the scallops were something else. the sake went down way too easy also. will hopefully return and would definitely recommend to a friend
