Fine Print
• Limit of 2 vouchers per person
• Purchase up to 1 additional as a gift
• Voucher is valid for 1 vehicle
• Maximum 1 voucher redeemable per booking
• Not valid Sat & Sun
• Not valid on public holidays
• Must book via Groupon Booking Tool only, strictly no phone bookings
• 72 hour cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited
• 24 hours notice is required to change a booking you have made
• Customers must leave vehicle for service
• If additional parts are required, surcharge will be applied by merchant
• Surcharge for cars built in North America and Europe; to be quoted on the day by merchant
• Cars using more than 5 litres of oil will be charged $15 extra per litre plus any applicable surcharges payable directly to merchant
• Not valid for cars built prior to 2000
• Any Vehicle other than 4- and 6-cylinder petrol such as turbo, 4WD, SUV, People mover, Mini Van, Light Commercial, V8, diesel, semi or fully special synthetic oils, super diesel oils or special cartridge filters will incur a surcharge for the variance in oil needed by type and volume; enquire with merchant
• This is not a logbook service
• New cars will not get books stamped for warranty; however you may request merchant to perform logbook service and pay additional cost
• Additional cost of logbook service will be the difference in price from $195 to what logbook service if for your vehicle
• No BYO oil or parts
• Mineral-based oil is used where applicable
• Ultra tune exclusively uses Valvoline oil and will only use the correct oil as recommended by Valvoline
• Air Conditioning Regas option - Due to strict regulations of the Australian refrigeration council, an air conditioning system must be leak free and cannot be re-gased if a leak is detected. In the event a leak is detected a quote will be provided by Ultra Tune Belmont to the customer, in the event the customer declines to repair the system, no refund will be given as the service time has been provided.
