This was the worst manicure I have ever received. I’m not one to leave reviews ever but this was awful! Not only was the owner 15 minutes late after moving my appointment time (which by other reviews I see isn’t out of character), it was a terrible manicure. I left with both hands two different shades, some nails aren’t even finished, and she shaved the bottom part of the nail AFTER it was finished so the color came off in places. I really think I could have done better myself. Won’t be returning for the second session my voucher includes.

Worst experience ever, very poor customer care and bad nail job: When I showed up for my appointment, she didn't booked me in for the correct time and so had to reschedule for the day after at 9:00am... I sent her a message just to re-confirm on the time as I didn't want to come back a third time and she rescheduled it for another time. When I arrived at the appointment the shop was shut and she arrived 30 minutes later. When the daughter started working on my nails she didn't remove the old nail polish well and she started applying the new one on top.. when I complained about it, the owner arrived to fix it and completed the job quite quickly (she was super rude)... with a very poor result: gel started breaking after three days and I had to go to another place to have it fixed. Trust me, go somewhere else!

Honestly my classic eyelashes look wasn’t noticeable at all. And it only last for a week then start falling of easily :(

Cindy (owner) is a professional. She is also a very warm and friendly person and one is guaranteed to have a good atmosphere whilst doing nails or such like.

Great customer service, very friendly. Did both skin needling and eyebrow microdermabrasion. Was gifted an extra massage and extra time on neck needling. Would recommend cindy, shes lovely and sweet 😍
