Watermark is only a short walk to beach & directly across the road from Q1. We did the Skywalk at Q1 which was well worth it - best to go up in late afternoon to enjoy sunset & evening lights.

Really enjoyed our stay, the location is in the heart of Surfers Paradise and a short walk to the surf and waterfront. We were really impressed with the staff and service offered. We were greeted as we pulled up in the car and were asked if we would like someone to park the car for us and take the luggage to our room, which was really appreciated. The room was great, well maintained quite large and included a small couch, small table and king size bed and all the usual amenities. This hotel is great for corporate bookings or just a great beach holiday.
