Fine Print
• Limit of 5 vouchers per person
• Purchase up to 5 additional as gifts
• Not valid on Sun-Mon
• Not valid public holidays, Easter long weekend and 5 June, 10 July 2019
• Maximum five people per booking
• For health and safety reasons, all visitors must not consume alcohol prior to tour, and must wear fully enclosed, flat-heeled shoes. Close-toed shoes are available to borrow on request and subject to availability. Failure to meet any of these requirements will cause refusal of admission and forfeiture of ticket price
• Bags and loose items cannot be taken on tour; cloakroom facilities are available free of charge but property security is your responsibility
• Under 18s must remain accompanied by parent or guardian at all times
• Please note there are many stairs through the tour and basic level of fitness and mobility is required
• This is a tour of real, working brewery; because of processes involved, it cannot be guaranteed that all sections will be operating during your tour, however, when areas such as packaging are not operational, tour does follow the complete path
• 48 hours' notice is required to change a booking you have made. All changes and cancellations are subject to standard Refund Policy
