DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY! If I could give minus stars I would! this was a gift for my sons birthday. He messaged asking for dates, there were very few to choose from. He asked availability for a Sunday that was 2 weeks out. Got no reply. The Friday before the sailing he messaged again as he had now made plans with his small child. The guy stated he had messaged back 2 weeks prior and confirmed, and that it was now too late to cancel. My son was understandably annoyed, he asked this man to send him the message again...this was not forthcoming, as there wasn't one. They just wanted to change the date, but no. He was extremely nasty with both my son and his partner. They contacted me and said look we don't want to deal with this guy at all, please can you cancel through Groupon. This didn't work either as Groupon don't like returning money to people..in fact they just refuse. Even though the guy never actually provided the service. He lied and told groupon that it was all confirmed and that my family just didn't show up so he took the money and would not refund it. This guy should not be in business, I am about to contact Consumer Affairs. I see he does similar to others. If you can...dont bother with Groupon. This is the second time I have had similar issues with them. Once this is cleared up I will be cancelling membership. I see in California they have been done for similar tactics. This is what happens when you have dodgy merchants. Absolutely disgusted. Now my son has no birthday gift, and I dont have the money to get him something else.
