I had wonderful time enjoying my Serenity Facial treatment. The therapist was very knowledgeable, skillful and friendly. It was probably the best facial treatment I ever had

Was this k for the price and you have to go in with the knowledge they are learning. The girl I had still had a lot of learning to do in my opinion and we had someone pop in once or twice but not to really show her anything. Certainly not up to what you would expect as a full paying customer.

Whilst the ambiance was nice the service unfortunately was anything but. The staff did not wash their hands prior to any procedure, which was especially unpleasant when I received my facial cleanse. The full body wrap was just mediocre rubbing of cream into limited areas of my body, which was done so poorly I had to run the cream in myself at times and spread it to the rest of my body. The massage, despite countlessly telling them to go harder remained unsatisfactory and very underwhelming. The facial cleanse resulted in creams and ointments being pushed into my eyes which made the experience uncomfortable and I had blurry vision for the hour following the cleanse. The staff did not explain any procedures to me, did not tell me what products they were using/why. This led me to feel very lost, confused and even stressed as I did not know what to expect. Overall this experience was a let down for the amount paid, and I felt what was supposed to be a relaxing experience was instead quite a stressful one.
