Australian Yoga Academy
Australian Yoga Academy offers a range of yoga styles at several Melbourne studios. Those that like to take things slow can opt for Yin and Vinyasa Flow yoga, while those wanting to build endurance can participate in Power Flow of hot yoga. Pre and post-natal classes are also available. The Academy also offers certificate courses and workshops as well as DVDs and CDs for purchase.
