About This Deal
One person: one month of unlimited hot yoga classes
Two people: one month of unlimited hot yoga classes
Bikram Yoga classes run for 90 minutes in a room heated to 40 degrees.
Hot Hiit Pilates classes run for 60 minutes in a room heated to 35 degrees.
In preparing for your first class
- please arrive 15 minutes minimum before the class time
- please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water. We unfortunately for hygiene reasons are not able to do mat rentals. You can purchase your own at the studio
- towels can be hired and water purchased if needed
- wear light clothing! Active wear is great.

About Bikram Yoga Five Dock
At Bikram Yoga Five Dock, we offer both Bikram Yoga and Hot Hiit Pilates classes.
Bikram Yoga is a health maintenance system, that works every muscle, joint, and gland through a 26-posture series. It's incredible for strength, balance, flexibility, and above all your mindset!
Hot Hiit Pilates combines heat, Hiit Exercises, and Pilates exercises with lights and music to tone, trim, and sculpt your body into its best shape!
Both classes have been designed to offer a full-body workout whilst being low-impact. We promote form and technique over depth. If you have any injury there are modifications to ensure you are working securely with your body.
The instructors at Bikram Yoga FIve Dock and very well-trained, experienced, and motivational! They will guide you through each class and always strive to offer classes at the highest standards.
