• Courtyard ceremony overlooking the vines and Brokenback Ranges, including 50 white chairs, 12 Sheppard’s hooks with white hearts, a signing table and two chairs
• Wedding rehearsal the day prior to the wedding with wedding coordinator and bridal party
• Cocktail hour in the Brokenback Bar
• Five-hour wedding reception
• Four and a half hours beverage package with beer, wine, and sparkling wine
• Three-course dinner set menu
• Entrées may include: twice-cooked lamb belly with sweet potato, or salt and pepper squid with Asian slaw
• Mains may include: sous vide wagyu rump, slow-roasted carrots and eschallots, or oven-baked chicken supreme
