Mango Bay Resort is located on the Coral Coast of Fiji’s main island Viti Levu. The resort is in a secluded location one hour’s drive from the town of Sigatoka and two hours from Nadi Airport.

Snorkel vibrant tropical reefs teeming with fish and coral, enjoy a spot of fish feeding, or paddle up a storm while looking for Nemo on a kayak provided by the resort. While away the afternoon making coconut shell jewellery or weaving baskets, or simply laze in the sun.

The Resort has extensive gardens which are lovely and with the traditional thatched bures, gives the whole place a hideaway charm. However, I feel it is the welcoming nature of the managers and the Fijian staff, that make this such a special place. There were a good range of activities planned each day and you could do as much (or as little) as you wished.

We stayed for a week, and were very happy with the facilities. The rooms were clean, and serviced daily, the food is tasty and cheap as are the drinks. It's 2 hours from Nadi, so be prepared for the long bus ride, but the peace and relaxing lifestyle was worth it. The staff were friendly, and only too happy to help with anything you need.
