Fantastic experience, it was a perfect beautiful day to start with the balloon. Very smooth, beautiful view in Yarra valley. Staff were excellent too!!

• All hot air balloon flights are subject to availability and weather conditions

• Non-refundable after 7 days from purchase or once redeemed/booked
• Not recommended for international or interstate customers who are in Victoria on short-stay holiday as vouchers are non-refundable
• Customers will be eligible for 1-month validity extension if they have had 3 bookings cancelled by merchant
• Any rescheduling request made after voucher has expired will incur additional fees if less than 3 confirmed flight attempts have been registered
