• Please note, each time an option is purchased it is associated with an individual voucher, all hampers on that voucher must be delivered to a single address – the default for hampers purchased through the 4, 12 or 24 x option cannot be sent to different locations.
Splitting your order for delivery to individual addresses
• Additional delivery fee of $6 per Hamper to send your order to individual addresses
- 4 option – additional $24 payable to the merchant
- 12 option – additional $72 payable to the merchant
- 24 option – additional $144 payable to the merchant

• Free Personalised Greeting card will be attached to each gift hamper
• Non-supply of information before 20th November 2020 will default the delivery to purchaser’s address

• Fully tracked shipping - to track the status of your order click Track Package on the My Groupons section of your account
• Product shipped via registered Australia Post e-parcel or Bluestar Transport for large orders
• Should no-one be home at delivery, a calling card will be left, and the parcel will be available for collection at the local post office for 3 weeks
• Delivery to PO Boxes available for small orders
• All Hampers will start to be dispatched from week commencing 24th November 2020 up until 13th December 2020
• Incorrect addresses or non-collected goods will incur a $20 re-delivery fee
