• All racers must purchase an annual Legends Licence for $10
• Customers purchase 1 session of 14 laps through Groupon and receive second session of 14 laps at no extra charge
• Second session must be taken on the same day
• Second session can be gifted to another person on the same day providing the $10 annual Legends Licence fee is paid by both parties
• Minimum age for Mini Legend karts is 8 years old
• Minimum height for Mini Legend karts is 125cm (this is guideline only - assessment will be made at the track on the day of racing)
• Minimum height for Storm karts is 150cm (this is guideline only - assessment will be made at the track on the day of racing)
• Racers under 18 years old require parent or legal guardian to be present to sign waiver
• Enclosed footwear is required
• It is recommended that racers wear shorts or pants; skirts are not recommended
• Wait times on weekends can be longer than weekdays. Be aware that weekends may require a wait and you may be racing with other people
• Hi Voltage has strict no alcohol or drug policy. If you are suspected to be under the influence, you will be unable to race
• Session is concluded once winner completes 14th lap. Remaining drivers then finish the lap they are on, followed by slow lap before driving back into pit lane
