About This Deal
The full body assessment and all sessions are conducted by experienced Physiotherapists and Accredited Exercise Physiologists.
We cater for all fitness levels, injuries and age.
We use state of the art Clinical Pilates equipment, including reformer beds, trapeze table, exercise balls, therabands, weights etc.
All of our Physiotherapists and Accredited Exercise Physiologists have a sporting background and have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics. This means that your health and fitness goals will be met and that the risk of sustaining any injuries during the sessions is virtually zero.

Our full body assessment is a head to toe screening to identify the cause of existing issues and general areas of strength and weakness.
Assesses the following: posture mobility of the spine and joints muscle strength ligament integrity lung function BMI, % body fat, % body water, girths Your Clinical Pilates program is based on the assessment outcomes.
The first session is an individual (1:1) session which includes Real Time Ultrasound assessment to ensure that your core muscles are engaging correctly.
We will work within your fitness level, ensuring that you get a great workout.

The first session is an individual (1:1) session which includes Real Time Ultrasound assessment to ensure that your core muscles are engaging correctly.
The second session is session in a small group (up to 2 people). Our Physiotherapists/accredited Exercise Physiologists will demonstrate all the exercises to you and will make sure that you are doing them properly. This will ensure that you get the maximum out of your session while reducing the risk of sustaining an injury during the session virtually to zero.
We will work within your fitness level, ensuring that you get a great workout.
