• If customers are under any medication relating to any eye issues, please inform therapist. MiuK Eyelash will not be held responsible for any issues if they are not informed
• Please do not use mascara prior to your appointment
• Upgrade to a full set of glam lashes is available for an extra $50 or a full set of multi-layer/volume lashes is available for an extra $90 on the day of your appointment, payable directly to MiuK Eyelash. Only cash and bank transfer will be accepted. Upgrade must be decided on the day, no change of mind and refund will be given after the full set is done

• Must come before the expiry date or else vouchers will be voided
