- If conditions are deemed safe, a guide will lead swimmers into the water with a floating safety line attached to the boat

Fine Print
2018 Whale season runs from 6th July to 22nd October 2018
• Limit of 5 vouchers per person
• Customers need to be able to swim If they wish to take part in the whale swimming; life jackets and swimming aids are available
• Staff will have the final say as to participants' in-water ability and whether it is appropriate to enter the water
• Call merchant at (07) 5444 5656 for a weather check between 4pm and 5pm the day before the trip or between 3pm and 4pm on Sundays
• If the trip is cancelled due to poor weather, then another day will be scheduled
• If cancelled or transferred within 72 hours, full payment is forfeited
• A minimum of 6 guests are required for these tours to run
• Due to natural factors, there is no guarantee that guests will get to swim with the whales
• Min age for swimmers is 8; under 8s allowed for whale watching only
• All children must be supervised by an adult both on the boat and in the water
