• Persons under the age of 18 will need a parental waiver signed
• All participants will be required to complete and sign a simple waiver and a medical statement prior to the experience http://sydneydivesafari.com.au/medical-questionnaire
• Participants must complete online learning prior to commencing course
• Experience can be transferred to another date within the validity period with at least 14 days notice, subject to availability including a $30 surcharge
• Participants must be able to swim 200 metres and tread water for 10 minutes
• Sydney Dive Safari's 'Learning Guarantee' is not available on Groupon offers. This may be purchased instore for an additional $100
• Equipment not included. $70 hire fee applies
• Additionally, participants must supply own mask, snorkel and fins or purchase these at SDS (discount rate available for Groupon customers)
• Cancellations, non-attendance or failure to complete online study prior to course commencement will result in forfeiture of voucher
• Changes to bookings must be made with at least 7 days notice, otherwise a fee of $100 is applicable
• Groupon courses are provided in a condensed format over two days
