• 48 hour cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited
• Missed appointments will also forfeit voucher
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment time
• Late arrival will reduce treatment time
• To ensure safety of staff, sedation or pain relief may be necessary at $65, to be determined by vet
• If you cat cannot be handled safely, and you refuse safe sedation, your voucher will be forfeited
• $15 surcharge for cats over 6kg
• $10 surcharge for Anivac Oxygen
