• Where specialist synthetic engine oils are required, due to manufacturer specifications, it may incur an additional cost payable on the day of service
• Cartridge and non-standard oil filters will incur an additional charge
• Specific examples of vehicles which may incur a surcharge include 4WD, all-wheel drive, off-road may incur a surcharge payable on day of service
• European cars (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Chrysler, Peugeot, Saab, Volvo, Renault, Jag, Jeep, VW) will incur a surcharge if oils or oil filters are not from standard Valvoline Range
• Exotic vehicles are excluded from this offer including but not limited to Lamborghini, Lotus, Ferrari, Porsche
• Additional parts and services including spark plugs, air filters, fuel filters and wheel alignment are offered at extra cost but only at the approval/ request by the customer
• Service labour is limited to 1 hour. Further fault diagnostics including diagnostic scan tools over 20 minutes will be charged at The Garage's standard hourly rate with customer approval only
