Top Rider

Fine Print
• Limit of 1 voucher per person
• Purchase up to 3 additional as gifts
• This course is not for beginners or those who cannot already ride competently
• There will be no training in this course. You must already be able to ride a bike competently without needing instructions
• Not valid on public holidays
• Valid only for participants with a QLD RE L (Learners) or RE O (Restricted Open) motorcycle licence
• After successful completion of this course, you will be awarded your Q-Ride Certificate / competency declaration. This declaration can be taken to a transport and motoring customer service centre within 12 months of the date of issue to upgrade your license, either from RE Learner to RE Provisional/Open, or from RE Open to R (as per your existing license)
• Your Q-Ride competency declaration is not a license
• Participants using their own bike must make sure their vehicle is fully roadworthy and registered. This includes 2 rear vision mirrors, chain guard, correctly tensioned chain, road-legal tyres with correct inflation pressure and minimum tread depth of 1.5mm, legal and compliant exhaust system, fully operational indicators and brake light, unbroken clutch and brake levers
• If you are deemed unfit to ride (eg. under the influence of alcohol or drugs, you do not follow instructions, unsafe riding etc.), or your vehicle does not meet the necessary requirements listed for testing, no refunds are available. If unsure, please contact Top Rider
• Participants should wear long pants and enclosed shoes/boots (no steel caps). Participants should bring their own motorcycle jacket, helmet and gloves if they have them. If not, these can be supplied. Participants with open-face helmets must bring and wear protective eyewear, eg. sunglasses
• If a day of riding is cancelled by Top Rider due to bad weather, you will be offered a reschedule credit
• Valid at Gold Coast, Brisbane, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast and Mackay
