Bookings are done through our Website Booking Reservation System. We then receive your booking by email then confirm the pick up and drop off time and location and payment is made by credit card. We then email a receipt and confirm your booking.

We will pick you up from the nominated hotel or other location within the designated areas. At the Airport the pickup is from Domestic Airport Terminal 2 Bus & Tour Groups Pickup area.

When arriving at the international Terminal make your way via the walkway to the Domestic Terminal. At the Domestic Terminal proceed to the Bus & Tour Groups Pickup Area exit doors which are located at the end of the arrivals lounge near baggage carousel 3. The driver will either be at the exit doors holding the Premier Sign or you will receive an sms or email(for international phone numbers) the parking bay number where your shuttle is located.

We will then drop you off at your accommodation location or at your required destination if its a private residence. If the private residence is in a court location and we are travelling with a trailer we will drop you off at the closest easily accessible main street corner if in the drivers opinion he is unable to turn the vehicle around easily.
