Their staff are welcoming. In class the teachers clearly explain the postures while demonstrating. The teachers' love of yoga and depth of knowledge is expressed in the ambience felt by class attendees.

You will be greeted in the bright reception where you can chill on oversized day beds and connect with the community before and after class. Everything you need is provided, including manduka mats and other nifty yoga props. Beginners and more experienced yogis can work on their strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
