Charging $46 per spark plug that cost less than $20 retail is disappointing. As is charging half an hour labour to fit them.

Used the Essential Service for my car. They changed the brake fluid which was changed last year. They changed the cabin air filter which I just changed two weeks ago. They drain/refill the transmission fluid which I wonder it is not really needed. Not recommended for this dishonest company.
