These include kickboxing and afterburn - a 30-minute workout session combing elements of high-intensity interval training, active rest training, callisthenics and body weight training. The venue features wet facilities with a spa, steam room, sauna and cold tub, as well as a large spacious weight and cardio area. Personal training sessions are also available.
