F45 Training takes a holistic approach to training, combining and mixing two key components to getting fit: cardio and resistance. Training is conducted in a group environment aimed to encourage and motivate members to achieve their goals. High-intensity​ workouts with strengthening and conditioning programs alongside the idea of pushing the mind and body strive to create a unique, functional method of training. To date, F45 has trained the likes of Hugh Jackman for his ‘Wolverine’ role, Ricky Martin and Nicole Richie.
