P3 Sports Recovery offers a range of facilities designed to support both self and assisted recovery. Whether it is recovering after intense training or rehabilitation following an injury, P3 Sports and Recovery aims to help with their range of services broken down into zones. The wet therapy zone boasts a magnesium hydrotherapy pool and plunge pool, as well as a cold and hot spa. The dry therapy zone has a recovery room, Vibrosaun, hyperbaric chamber, alongside an infrared sauna and PainPod. Other services include facial stretch therapy, in addition to remedial and sports massages.
