Hi can you help me please I bought the ticket for parasailing for today 31/03 At 2pm the information about arriving time was not clear. So when we arrived at the address it was told us that we wouldn’t be able to do the activities because we should be there half an hour earlier but that was never said to me. Is there anyway that we can rebook this appointment please? Thank you
