We enjoyed this trip so much. Our driver and guide David Hsu is really professional and always goes out of his way to help everyone in the group. His enthusiasm melts our heart. He is very experienced in this route and knows how to escape from the crowd from going to toilet break, sightseeing and finding a place for lunch. He loves sharing all the stories about Great Ocean Road and Melbourne. We highly recommend him and Extragreen Holidays Group to everyone.
A very good organized tour despite bad weather. QDavid Hsu, our driver/tour guide, is not only a safe driver but also very knowledgeable. He told us the history of Melbourne & Australia, and the interesting story about those attractions. He is also very considerate to his clients. Definitely recommend.

Communication was good just had to ring to confirm day before as no reply. Bus trip there by Angela was good. She was a very experienced safe driver. Amazing driving the big bus up hills and around small corners n thin roads. Arrived n delivered on time.
Good price, but later was told that the pickup in Box Hill has been cancelled. Has been upgraded from half day to full day tour without paying extra cost due to unforeseen circumstances!Was glad that still able to go on the tour as planned !

I've been using tour buses for a while now all over NSW and VIC and by far this is the worst experience we really had. First part of the tour was okay up until we're about to go back to the city from 12 apostles. For two and a half hours the driver "David" was non stop talking with his mic so loud. By the way we wont mind if he was talking about sights and trivias about australia but he was talking China politics for 2 and a half hours non stop. This tour is catered for Mandarin, cantonese, fukien speaking persons. However if you dont speak those dialects dont even bother booking. We will never book anything from evergreen again.
