AVOID THIS PLACE! Extremely disappointing experience. THEY NO LONGER HONOUR THE SEAFOOD PLATTER VOUCHERS, so don’t waste your time.

Disappointing as we didn’t receive the purchased option due to product availability. Understandable however we did feel the supplement items were limited and sparse. Having travelled more than an hour and a half, it was worth the effort.

We bought two $199 “Lobster Cave Signature Dining” vouchers on Groupon as a special treat for our in-laws. What arrived bore no resemblance to the deal description: no seafood platter, no premium sides—Instead they were given an afternoon tea. The staff shrugged and said “seasonal menu changed.” • False advertising: pictures and wording on Groupon promised a luxury seafood platter that simply wasn’t served. • Embarrassing gift: our guests were mortified; the meal wasn’t worth a quarter of the price. Save your money—and your reputation—by avoiding Lobster Cave.
