There is a lot of selling and promoting the services. Staff were fine but it was rushed as it went over the one hour time limit and parking was a problem.

I had a very disappointing experience today during my microdermabrasion appointment. Not only was I treated poorly, but I also left with more redness and irritation on my face than expected. Instead of focusing on the treatment I had booked and paid for, the staff seemed more interested in pushing me to purchase a different, more expensive procedure. To make matters worse, I was charged additional fees that were never clearly explained beforehand. I felt pressured and uncomfortable throughout the entire visit, and the service did not meet the basic expectations of professionalism or care. Given the poor treatment, the unexpected extra charges, and the unsatisfactory results, I am requesting a full refund. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as no customer should leave feeling this way after a skincare treatment.
