Amazing treatment, accurate

I purchased a spa voucher through Groupon and attempted to book the service with the provider. After the voucher was redeemed by the spa, the booking was cancelled and the spa declined to proceed with the service. I was then required to go through the refund process. While the refund was eventually approved, the situation could have been handled more smoothly and involved unnecessary delays and communication. Groupon did ultimately resolve the issue, but the experience highlighted the risk of purchasing vouchers when the service provider later declines the booking.

I got this voucher from my friends for my birthday and it was the right time to use it considering I am having a knee reconstruction next week the friendly lady that attended to me I think her name was Justiarna or Diana She removed 2 knots from either side of my shoulders and my shoulders feel so much better. I was so relaxed. I’ve been so stressed. I felt really pampered really special. It’s just exactly what I needed and can I also say the vicinity. The place was so clean. It wasn’t overwhelming with incense. It was just the perfect amount of aroma. I was so close to falling asleep. I have recommended this to all of my friends and I can’t wait to come back after I’ve healed thank you so much Becsxxx

The place is a peaceful escape from the everyday chaos. Everything was smooth and relaxing, and it left me feeling like I hit the reset button on my mind and body.
