Lisa is an accomplished hair stylist, and succeeded in giving this 77 year old first-time client a modern “sharp” look. I must also mention Kim who provided a blissful wash, tone and conditioning experience! Definitely worth trying!

The service and staff were great, but I was surprised to be charged a $145 surcharge for having long hair (mid-back length). My hair isn’t thick, but I was told there was “a lot of it,” which apparently qualified as thick. For context, the voucher stated: “$30 surcharge for bob length, $50 for mid-back; for longer or thicker hair, call for consultation. A $35–$55 surcharge applies to long or thick hair (past the shoulders).” Being charged nearly three times the listed surcharge felt excessive and inconsistent with the voucher’s terms.

I can't say the outcome was what I expected. $69 voucher. The moment I walked in, charged another $40 because my hair length was longer than my ears, then charged again for extra foils (because the way the foils were going to be laid would look like a big stripe across my head). The foils were thick and stripey. No colour matching at all. Girl washed my hair with gloves on and by the friction, pulled out hair. When I demanded to look at how much went missing, she hid it behind a cabinet!! Then pushed to get toner, when I asked the price, it was $70. I had never paid $70 for toner ever in my life, even from the best salons. I passed on the cut, and I passed on the blow-dry! Absolutely needed to get out of the salon. Walked out feeling very ripped off. I would certainly pass on this offer.

I have got voucher for cut hair and blow dry, my hair is thin and short and only simple cut no design and no styling, but they still charge me extra $30 surcharge, this just like scam.

This is Scam....I was charged extras for toner and blow-dry. She charged me extra $150 wich did ended up $220 .I wouldn't mind if I could see the results I wanted, my foils were so dark ,as I have a brown hair, can't see the foils, she used a dark toner ,and keep blaming g on my hair...I have been to other hirdres she said, just used a wrong toner...I wanted that change for my 50th Birthday tonight. I am so disappointed, have to pay another $200 somewhere else to get my hair redone again 😫 I don't recommend them.
