AVOID. I purchased a “Diamond Facial” from this salon expecting the luxury exfoliating treatment that’s standard in the industry. Instead, I was given a couple of random laser zaps and left under a blue light for 40 minutes while the therapist spent the entire time on the phone with Energy Australia.
There was no exfoliation, no cleansing, no diamond-tipped microdermabrasion—nothing that even remotely resembles a facial. What they’re advertising as a “Diamond Facial” is actually just laser and blue light therapy, which is a completely different service.
This is misleading and deceptive advertising. I left feeling ignored, ripped off, and completely dissatisfied.
If you’re looking for a real facial, save your money and go elsewhere.
