Has been hard to reach to book the apoointment. Poor communication and rude customer service on the phone. She has already redeem the voucher so have to attend, otherwise I’d cancel the voucher.

My husband had also bought this voucher for me (No ...ZF5Y). I also bought a voucher (...XHTR)for my eldest daughter & confirm THAT BOTH OF THESE VOUCHER WERE NEVER USED, despite my trying to book in February-WELL BEFORE EXPIRY (1st phone call was MONDAY 16th FEBRUARY -when Telina falsly records that the vouchers were used). I PHONED Telina at the Clinic on 16 Feb to book a time for our facials ON A SATURDAY, as we both work & can only go on Sat. She had said she wanted me to send her the Vouchers. I gave her the voucher nos over the phone, but she insisted that she needed me to send the vouchers, & then abruptly hung up. I made several phone calls, & then sent texts and also a Whatsapp messages with the Voucher Nos. She said she could do Sat 11 April. I messaged to say to book, & then she rang to say that the Vouchers had already been used. BUT THEY HAD NOT BEEN USED. My daughter & I both confirm that NEITHER OF US HAVE EVER VISITED THE CLINIC & have NEVER USED THE VOUCHERS. I phoned & messaged several times. Telina was rude and unhelpful & FALSELY said that we had used the vouchers. I confirm that I tried to book WELL BEFORE EXPIRY DATE. PLEASE PROVIDE A REFUND FOR PAYMENT OF THESE VOUCHERS WHICH HADN'T EXPIRED WHEN I TRIED TO BOOK, AND WHICH BEST OF BEAUTY CLINIC DID NOT HONOUR. I have purchased Groupon vouchers many times, and NEVER had this experience.

It was really easy to book & Gelina made the session very comfortable. The first two sessions went quick and pain free. I can definitely see the improvement as well. Would recommend!
