F45 Training schools fitness fanatics in the F45 style that combines resistance and cardio techniques. F45 takes a holistic approach to training, combining and mixing two key components to getting fit: cardio and resistance. Training is conducted in a group environment aimed to encourage and motivate members to achieve their goals. High-intensity workouts with strengthening and conditioning programs alongside the idea of pushing the mind and body strive to create a unique, functional method of training.
