Sana Remedial Massage https://sana.net.au/ strives to help alleviate musculoskeletal pain and get you on the road to recovery as quickly as possible. The studio offers a variety of massage therapy treatments, including remedial, deep tissue and trigger point release and there is only one massage therapist available on-site. Clients must fill in the health assessment form before their appointment to avoid their massage time being taken up. The massage time includes an assessment at the beginning of their treatment and there may be a demonstration of aftercare strengthening and/or stretches.
