I have not had much experience of going to spa's before, but Vicky made me feel very comfortable. The voucher purchased was initially for the CBD location, but when redeeming, Vicky asked me to come to the Pyrmond site for the treatment. Facility is very clean and tidy, and Vicky is very knowledgeable and helpful in terms of explaining the treatments and the after care required. Since my initial visit, I have been back several times for follow up sessions, and continue to be impressed both with the service and the results Vicky has helped me achieve. Highly recommend.

This is my second time visiting Star Mediaspa and Vicky has once again did it again! She is a very informative and knowledgeble aesthetician who performed the deep facial cleansing thoroughly. She always ensured I am comfortable with certain parts of the procedures and have even provided free services on top (LED light therapy + moisturising mask treatment). Would highly recommend going to Star Mediaspa!
