Very nice and clean. Welcome at door, slippers, tea and lollies. Very lovely technician settled me with a blanket and went to work. Can highly recommend deep cleansing facial. She removed lots of blackheads and I left feeling really refreshed.

I feel it’s far from “deep cleansing” from my perspective- it was just basic cleansing - cleanser and then extraction (needle). No scrub or exfoliating/ peeling.
Staff and environment was nice though.
