Nestled in the iconic South Bank Parklands precinct, The Shore Restaurant serves up a fresh, modern twist on classic Aussie fare. Food fans fly solo or gather friends and fam and head to the restaurant to indulge tummies and tastebuds with an all-you-can-eat buffet, showcasing a range of enticing mains, salads, sides and desserts.

Groupies don the elastic-waist pant and tuck into main dishes like lamb shanks Bourguignon style, Moroccon-style chicken breast with lemon and olives, and Moon fish and calamari bourride, accompanied by a selection of sides including baby potatoes and stuffed field mushrooms.
