My appointment was at 10:30 am, I was kept waiting until after 11:00 am, my lash treatment finished at 1:00 pm. The young women assistant kept apologising as her “boss” had asked her to provide service to two friends who had to be accommodated without appointments. During my treatment the assistant had to leave me on two occasions to check on other clients downstairs as the other assistant’s work had to be supervised.
The assistant manner was very professional and friendly. She appeared to be very skilled and proficient in carrying out various treatments. I would go definitely go back.
