F45 Training takes a holistic approach to training, combining and mixing two key components to getting fit: cardio and resistance. Training is conducted in a group environment aimed to encourage and motivate members to achieve their goals through high-intensity workouts. These strengthening and conditioning programs were created from the idea of pushing the mind and body to its greatest potential.
