F45 Training 45-minute concept is designed to be high intensity, functional team training for a dynamic and innovative session. The sessions are changed each day and alternate between cardio and strength.

• Purchase additional as gifts
• Valid only for new customers to F45 Training; must not have trained at any F45 studio previously
• Please bring own towel and water bottle
• Customers must be medically and physically fit to participate
• All sessions must be used by same customer within the validity period
• Valid for Willetton location only
• Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer including 7- or 14-day free trial offered by F45 Training
• If you have any health concerns, please check with your doctor before participating
• 4-week session begins from first visit and must be taken consecutively
