Day 1: Arrive Hanoi

Welcome to Hanoi! On arrival at Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), you’ll be met by your local driver and transferred to your hotel. After that you are free to visit Hanoi City by yourself.

Day 2: Hanoi – Ha Long Bay

Our driver will meet you at your hotel. Enjoy the peaceful scenery as we travel through the countryside, farmlands and Red River delta and arrive at the Tuan Chau Marina to begin your overnight cruise. After a brief meet and greet with the captain and crew, you’ll enjoy a welcome drink and delicious lunch as you cruise through the strikingly emerald waters of Ha Long Bay. Witness the majesty of the bay’s jungle-topped limestone islands and take the opportunity to explore the stalactite-lined Sung Sot, a secluded grotto the French termed 'Grotte des surprises', or Surprise Cave, for its size and beauty. Cruise onward to Tiptop Island and appreciate the views from the summit, before enjoying a sunset party dinner on the cruise. Day 3: Ha Long Bay – Hanoi

Enjoy dawn tai chi a photo hunt and a hearty breakfast on the boat before cruising to Ha Long Bay’s Natural Preservation Zone. Kayak through the serene waters, or visit a floating house and learn about the fishermen who call the bay home. Return to the vessel and experience an onboard cooking class before disembarking at Tuan Chau Marina and returning to Hanoi. For 5 star cruise you will have different itinerary on this day

Day 4: Hanoi- Ninh Binh- Hanoi

After your breakfast, the guide will pick you up from your hotel in a shuttle bus and take you to Ninh Binh province.The first destination in this trip is visit Hoa Lu ancient capital, the first capital of Vietnam. Explore Hoa Lu, and its outstanding architecture when entering the temples of King Dinh and King Le, the first and second emperors of ancient Vietnam, built in the 17 century. Feel the ancient atmospheres in Hoa Lu ancient capital. Have buffet lunch in the restaurant with a variety of local foods. Visit Tam Coc by 1,5-hour bamboo boat. During the boat trip, you will be surprised by the charming beauty here with paddy fields, river, water, cloud, sky and stunning cave system. All make a masterpiece which Vietnamese people call ''Halong Bay on land’’. Continue the tour with 45 minutes for cycling around the village to discover the life of local people. Return to the hotel in the shuttle bus. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh City

Have breakfast at your hotel and you will be at leisure till your airport transfer. Today, you will have a flight from HaNoi to Ho Chi Minh city and stay overnight at the most touristic area of Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 6: Mekong Delta Tour

Start your trip to depart for My Tho in a bus, the town lies on the left side of the Mekong River. Upon arrival, visit Vinh Trang pagoda which dates back to the late 19th century. Then boarding the sampan and cruising down the river around the four beautiful islands known as Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix and Tortoise islands. Stop over at Unicorn Island, go walking around the country lane and see orchards, enjoy tropical fruits, and folk song music which is performed by the local people. Visit the fruit plantation. Ride a hand-rowed sampan through Thoi Son canal and treat yourself to the beauty of the countryside, visit the family business, visit honeybee farm, enjoy honey tea and coconut candy workshop. Have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, time for cycling around the Tan Thach village, meet the local villagers to experience the local daily life in the Mekong delta. Hammock relaxing and enjoying cool breeze for those who can’t join the cycling trip. Return to hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7: Cu Chi Tunnel Tour

After your breakfast, get picked up at your hotel and depart to Cu Chi. Upon arrival, before exploring the tunnels, you will have a short introduction followed by an introductory video about how the tunnels were constructed and how the people survived in the harsh conditions of the wartime. Explore the remaining area and tunnel systems which included the specially constructed living areas with kitchens, and bedrooms side by side with other martial facilities like storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping whoever lives inside the tunnels meet their basic needs. Besides, there are also many hidden trap doors and dangerous traps within the maze-like tunnels for security purposes during the war. Afterward, special tea and cassava (guerilla’s food during the war) will be served. Back to the hotel in Ho Chi Minh.
