• Appointment must be made prior to redemption of voucher without an appointment Heart and Soul Health Clubs reserves the right to refuse service

• Please arrive 15 mins prior to class time, upon the first visit
• Suitable for all skill levels
• Valid for Crows Nest location only
• Offer cannot be "extended" or "suspended" access to the club and facilities is restricted to the time frame of the purchased voucher and must commence from the initial class booking
• Pass must be activated no more than 30 days after purchase date
• To activate please call and arrange time to come in before first desired class; merchant will set customer up with 24-hour gym access and waiver needs to be signed
