A fitness journey consultation will be conducted at the first session to ensure your session fits you and your fitness level.

As your personal trainer, I work predominantly at Day1 Fitness in Hendra and focus on healthy weight management, improving general fitness levels and help motivate you to hit your goals as well as help you include fitness in everyday life.
