• Guests under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian

• Must be able to easily and quickly step on and off the Segway without assistance, which requires physical abilities similar to climbing and descending stairs without any assistance or use of a handrail
• Alcohol is forbidden on all Segway tours and any client suspected of drinking before or during a Segway tour will immediately forfeit their tour and no refund will be given
• Helmets are provided and required
• No thongs, flip-flops, open-toe sandals, or high heels
